Bedtime yoga

If you've been finding it tricky to sleep recently, you might like to try this practice I shared a while back. The first part invites some movement to get out the wriggles or nervous energy, or leftovers from your day. The second part invites a meditation, you can do it sitting, standing, walking... notice which parts are useful (help you feel calmer) and which don't (leave those parts out of your practice); remembering this is an invitation to be curious about what feels right for you.
