A day exploring theory, tools and skills drawn from trauma studies, neuroscience, mindfulness, yoga, nature connection and somatic psychology.
Experiment with a plethora of practical tools to develop an individualised self care toolkit to help prevent work related burnout, stress and vicarious trauma. To help develop connection, confidence and awareness with yourself.
There will be teas and coffee, please bring your own lunch as the hall is in a lovely peaceful area away from shops and cafes.
