Guided by qualified Mountain Leader and Yogic Mindfulness Teacher.
Mindful Walks in the low fells and forests around Staveley. Walk with a friendly group of like-minded people, guided in mindful activities and a few yogic stretches as we go along. There will also be opportunities to connect with nature through sit spots, fox walking and other activities that help bring deeper awareness to and connection with nature. This will also help to steady the mind and bring a sense of wellbeing.
The pace will be moderate and based on those attending- noone will be left behind and we'll have some nice stops to look at views and to practice some mindfulness. For parts of the walk we shall explore brisk walking (but slow enough to be able to talk), whilst doing some mindfulness exercises we may walk at a slower speed.
