An evening retreat

We shall start with some gently enlivening and strengthening yoga then share a light Jacob's Join vegan meal; followed by restorative yoga, pranayama, relaxation and meditation. Our focus shall be self acceptance.

Equipment provided. No yoga experience necessary.

Skelsmergh Hall is perfect for this; with it's underfloor heating. It is self contained and so we won't be disturbed at all for the session and a kitchen to warm food. There is also ample parking.
